Fine Art

I work with acrylic, spray, and oil to create textured, visceral portraits. I’m interested in how paint behaves, emphasizing its resistance and unpredictability, its thickness, texture, and consistency. If painterliness is about visible brushstrokes, my work is “paintly”, focused on the paint itself. My process is discovery through disturbance, balancing intuition, precision, and chaos. I’m not chasing realism but accuracy. The figures may appear decayed, distorted, or half-formed, allowing emotion and image to emerge together.
